Ticker Technologies, Inc. to Offer Content from AP Digital, a division of The Associated Press

New York, N.Y., March 17, 2003 - Ticker Technologies, Inc. (TTI), a premier provider of applications for integrating content into Internet, intranet and extranet sites, has entered into an agreement with AP Digital, a division of The Associated Press that distributes news and information to interactive applications, to incorporate AP news headlines and stories in Ticker Technologies' News Ticker and Integrable News Content products.

The News Ticker seamlessly integrates into clients' corporate intranet and public Internet sites, and delivers personalized, aesthetically pleasing and efficiently scrolling AP headlines. By combining News Tickers with the Integrable News Content package, clients can enable their users to click through scrolling AP headlines to retrieve full AP stories on news categories including U.S. and world top news, business, politics, sports, entertainment, technology and health. Stories are delivered via private-labeled content pages that also seamlessly integrate into clients' sites.

The News Ticker is embedded in client sites as an applet that updates and displays news throughout the day. The News Ticker vertically scrolls headlines or entire news stories, and also includes the option to provide a graphical user interface (GUI) with directional, pause, and scroll-speed control buttons.

"AP is the world's premier provider of breaking news, and our headlines change by the minute as developments unfold," said Tom Slaughter, Vice President and Director of AP Digital. "We're pleased to have the AP Headlines package and linked stories included in applications from Ticker Technologies."

"We are proud to be able to provide high quality, reliable news from AP. Our clients have been requesting that we add headline news to our Ticker Product Line, and AP was our first choice for a provider," stated Gregory Leib, TTI's Chairman. "Clients who use our Ticker Product Line can be assured of the quality of our service."
